For the past three weeks we have been doing a Matariki literacy theme. For one of the tasks you have to make a Maori calendar using info from a doc and my own research to crate an information google slide sharing info about the Maori calendar. If you would like to check out some of the other Matariki tasks or any of the other themes then you can look on our Teams Google Site.
At first I forgot to put what the Maori did for each season, but with my wonderful teachers help she reminded me to change it and put what they did. I think that next time I could try and constraint more on the information and the expectations rather than the font or size so maybe next time I will remember to put everything in without my teachers having to remind me.
Doing this activity really helped me learn about what the months and seasons were in Maori.
Please leave a Positive, thoughtful and helpful comment for me.
