Subway is a TOTAL RIP-OFF

For the past few weeks my class have been doing speeches for persuasive writing.My speech is about how  subway is a total RIP-OFF. I think that choosing a speech for persuasive writing because a speech is just to persuade people to agree with you or change their mind about something.

Subway is a total RIP-OFF!

“ Subway is a total RIP-OFF, so who among you object to my reason.!!? Everyone who objects, Well I can change your mind”

Subway is just a fancy sandwich

Think about it. You have bread, lettuce, tomato, carrot, cheese and onion with a tiny bit of meat. And I could make so many more sandwiches for like a tenth of the price. The actual price of a normal subway sandwich is $7.75 and over. That is a lot of money for a sandwich if you think about it.

I don’t even think the cheese is real

Have you tasted that stuff? It’s all rubbery and chewy. I even once had mouldy cheese. It was so disgusting. Ewww. Just thinking about it makes me want to gag. I am pretty sure that how they make the cheese with milk, buttermilk, lemon juice and salt. I actually looked up how they make the cheese and it looks so disgusting. If you ask anyone they will tell you that how people make cheese is so disgusting.

 There's never enough meat

Come on!!! We all know that we could get so much more meat. They say that it is a meatball sub but it is more like a meat smidge sub. ( bum bum chish ) ok ok I don’t see why we don’t get enough meat though. I actually looked at how people make meat and little, while they charge so much!

Concluding my speech today, I have discussed Subways intense rip-off. They charge too much, they give too little meat, they have disgusting cheese and you can just make it at home.

Space is a mystery.

For the past few weeks we have been doing our genius hour.

For my Genius Hour I am doing a slideshow about space. I have really enjoyed doing my genius hour.

August is a 10 year old boy. August is the sun. Me and Mum and Dad are planets orbiting the sun. The rest of her family and friends are asteroids and comets floating around the planets orbiting the sun. The only settle body that doesn't orbit August the sun is days of the dog, and that's only because to her little doggie eyes, August as face doesn't like very different from any other humans face. Daisy all I faces look alike is flat and pale as the moon.

Te Ara Tuhura Logo design

Last week we did Te Ara Tuhura logos and I wanted to post them. So my hole class did at least one logo but I did five. It took a long time to finish mine so I had to finish the rest of my logos at my house.

My Add Script Presentation!

A couple of weeks ago me and my friend Cheyenne made a slideshow of an add script for persuasive writing. Our slideshow is to persuade parents to buy a Chromebook for their child. Hey maybe you could show our slideshow to your parents to try and persuade them to buy a Chromebook.
